Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the cine97 platform. Continued use of any of our services means you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cine97 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document, as well as any other policies published by cine97 from time to time.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately. cine97 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are playing in your own personal capacity.
Account Creation & Security
To access cine97's full range of services, you will need to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. cine97 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our support team immediately.
You are required to provide valid identification during the account verification process. cine97 reserves the right to request supporting documents, such as a copy of your identity card or other relevant documents, for identity verification purposes at any time.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All cine97 platform users are required to comply with the rules set out below. Key user responsibilities include the following:
- Not using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Not attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's technical operations.
- Not using any automated software, bots, or third-party scripts while playing.
- Not sharing your account credentials with anyone or allowing others to access your account.
- Not abusing the bonus or promotions system, including any attempt to obtain bonuses unfairly through multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods.
Cine97 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these rules and take appropriate action, including account suspension, voiding of winnings, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the cine97 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local bank transfers and approved e-wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy and may change from time to time.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once all verification requirements have been met. cine97 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal request where suspicious activity is detected or bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. cine97 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Cine97 accepts no liability for financial losses, data loss, or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control. This includes technical failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or decisions by regulatory authorities.
Cine97 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal compliance reasons. In cases of legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be refunded to the user upon completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, brands, logos, designs, and software on the cine97 platform are the exclusive property of cine97 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from cine97.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. cine97 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Relevant Terms & Conditions
Cine97 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the cine97 platform shall be resolved through an agreed dispute resolution mechanism or through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to reflect the original intent, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
